In this model, the role of General Contractor is added to the CM’s standard list of tasks. This combination of job roles affords owners and their design team with the expertise of Tekton’s knowledge at the onset of a project and quality workmanship throughout the lifespan of the job. This strategic move alleviates administrative burdens on the owner as one contract is drawn between them and the Tekton CMc. Roles and responsibilities such as preconstruction estimating, phasing, scheduling, costing and general construction all flow through the CMc for construction efficiency.
